Don’t Drink … Play!

If you enjoy having a a cocktail every now and then, keep your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your evening bag, your wallet, and keep all cash, credit cards and chequebooks at home. Pack whatever money you expect to use on drinks, tipping and only the pocket change you expect to squander and keep the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You could experience a win following a boozy night out with your friends and be blessed enough to catch a long roll at a hot craps game. Don’t forget that story because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continuously drink alcohol and bet. The two just do not go well together.

Keeping your cash back at the hotel is a tiny bit drastic, but defensive actions for excessive actions is a requirement. If you gamble to win, then do not drink and bet. If you like to be wasteful with your cash nary a worry, then consume all the no charge beer your stomach can handle, but don’t carry credit cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your bombed head throws away everything!

Allow me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then jump on to the internet to wager in your best-liked internet casino either. I enjoy a beverage from the comfort of my home, however considering that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards near by, I can not drink and bet.

What’s the reason? Even though I don’t drink a lot, when I consume alcohol, it is definitely adequate to blur my better judgment. I bet, so I do not drink when wagering. If you are a drinker, do not gamble at the same time. The two mix up for a dangerous, and expensive, cocktail.
